The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh

The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh retained the services of Freshwater to launch and drive footfall to its new Sensory Dining concept, the first of its kind in the country.

We organized press visits for 14 journalists including Scotland on Sunday, The Scotsman, Talk 107 and I-ON.  We brokered a charitable donation partnership between the hotel and Guide Dogs for the Blind and secured the inclusion of Sensory Dining at the Hospitality Industry Trust’s Charitable dinner.

Extensive broadcast of this PR campaign included both print and online coverage in titles such as The Sunday Times, Waitrose Food Illustrated and the Sunday Herald.
