Mitchell Gadd


An award-winning, accredited communications practitioner with more than a decade of experience, Mitchell oversees engagement and consultation programmes involving multiple communications channels and specialisms.

Mitchell has particular experience working in the healthcare sector, overseeing a number large-scale transformation programmes for the NHS. No stranger to high-profile projects, he advised an NHS Trust during the investigation into the Jimmy Savile abuse scandal and was part of the team that delivered the national award-winning campaign to encourage people to sign up to the organ donor register.

Mitchell has also provided communications support to a host of major brands and organisations, including Specsavers, John Lewis, McDonalds, O’Neill’s, Lloyds TSB, Santander, E.ON, the Football Association of Wales, and the South Wales Chamber of Commerce.

He is a member of the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) and was an active member of its Welsh committee for more than four years. In 2013/14, he was named CIPR Cymru’s ‘Outstanding Young Communicator of the Year’.
